A customer has called up on Bawden Tree Care to undertake various tree surgery works on a variety of trees, all of which located in a conservation area in Over Wallop. Due to their location, it was necessary for an application to be made to the planning department of Hampshire County Council.
The work involved pruning a number of trees, selective thinning to a mature Walnut, removing approximately 1 in 3 branches from the canopy, as well as lifting the base of the crown by 1 to 2 metres. In addition, a crown reduction of a mature copper beech was requested by around 4 metres; all the while, ensuring maintenance of the general aesthetic of the specimen.
