Our staff undergo the necessary training to attain ROLO cards, displaying their knowledge and understanding of health and safety in the workplace, whilst ensuring that all activities are managed safely and sensibly. Many of our staff have the opportunity to achieve CSCS accreditation also. Supplying these opportunities not only benefits health and safety in the workplace, but also helps develop careers.
TRAINING YOU UP
Haven't got much experience in tree surgery? Not to worry - we take pride in training up new team members with less experience in the industry, given that they are motivated and eager to learn.. As well as this, we offer practical training regarding equipment to all staff; it is important to us that our arborists have the opportunity to use the arboricultural equipment necessary to complete tasks effectively.
